Terms and Conditions
TRANSFERT VIP, Operator of Touring Cars with driver, is a registered trademark with the INPI No: 13 4 040 534.
Any reproduction of the name or logo will be subject to immediate prosecution.
Prices
The prices listed in our rates include VAT at the rate fixed by the regulations for the transport services (*), the driver service, fuel and unlimited insurance “persons transported”. The tolls and parking fees are included in the transport.
Baggage is accepted within the limit of 10 kg per passenger and remains in the custody thereof.
On request, a listing of transportation is provided to the person transported on completion of the provision of transport.
(*) VAT rate applied: 10 % by Transfer. (*) VAT rate applied: 20 % in provision.
VERY IMPORTANT: transporting people for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorised vehicles, and those:
- equipped with a number of professional card issued by the prefecture;
- equipped with a certificate of registration issued by the French Ministry of Transport;
- equipped with a registration sticker fixed to the windshield of the vehicle;
can perform this service.
We would like to warn you against some organisations using unlicensed cars, that are outside the law and cannot legally give you any guarantee.
Rules
Accepted methods of payment: cash, cheques, PayPal, credit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card).
Any Wedding transport service is payable upon signing the contract.
Any transport service, transfer or provision, is payable in cash on confirmation of the booking by credit card, Visa or bank transfer.
If the occupant has the quality of “customer account”, the provision is given to the billing payable upon receipt of the invoice.
Late payment and penalties
Thirty days after the payment deadline, a penalty of 10 % of the amount due will be charged per month of delay.
The said recovery will be handled by the CERFRANCE legal practice of the company TRANSFERT VIP.
Any complaint is admissible only within 8 days of the execution of the transport service concerned.
Any dispute is a matter for the Courts of Avignon, at the place of the registered office of the company TRANSFERT VIP.
Provision / Transfer
The service begins at the address given by the VIP and ends upon arrival of the VIP at the planned arrival location.
Provision: the transport is unlimited km in the frame of the time made available to the client by the hour.
Transfer: the transport starts at the pick-up address and ends at the arrival address. Any additional kilometre travelled will be charged € 2.50 per kilometre.
50 % of the booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation 3 days before the date of the VIP transport. The balance must be settled 15 days before the date of the provision service.
The right to use the imagery of the vehicle is licensed to you for personal purposes.
It is forbidden to eat or smoke inside the vehicle; your driver will make a stop on the route on simple request.
The vehicle comes with its driver, fuel, unlimited insurance and a Business Class service on board.
Reservations and termination
When booking, it implies the unconditional acceptance of our terms and conditions. The client and the provider agree to comply with all the clauses mentioned within the present contract.
No changes will be made to the above conditions without prior agreement between the parties. The present contract would be suspended or cancelled automatically and without compensation of any kind in all cases recognised as force majeure. The contract is deemed concluded once signed by both parties and the deposit received and deducted from the total amount of the order. Otherwise it is null and void as of right. In case of cancellation by the customer, all deposits already paid shall be forfeited to the provider as a lump-sum compensation.
Responsibilities
Our comprehensive unlimited insurance covers the responsibilities of the company.
The customer is responsible for his actions legally and criminally.
The company disclaims any responsibility for the actions of its client before and after transport. It is responsible for the client’s safety during the transportation.
